To
end the Norman raids and pillaging , King of France gave them this land in year 1000.
Duke of Normandy, Guillaume the Conqueror invaded
England and beated the Saxons at Hastings in 1066 (tapestry of Bayeux). This events will
overthrow France and England histories, the Anglo-Norman dynasty conserving its
possessions in France.
But it is another great king of England whose
