Cider, chouchen (mead liquor), girdle cakes, pan-cakes (crêpes) and
butter cakes symbolize Brittany. But the region proposes moreover excellent pork
butcheries (pâtés, hams and, of course, chitterlings of Guémené).
With Guérande saltmarshlands, it also
produces salt. More in the North, Brittany becomes market garden producer... kingdom of
artichoke and cauliflower.
